The full name is BERLIN CENTER FOR EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE but we prefer to call it just b-cee, pronounced bee-cee, because we like it to make things simple, fast, efficient and a bit cute.

THE COMPANY
The BERLIN CENTER FOR EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE, b-cee, is an institution founded by Sevil Akin-Erciyas, who has an extensive international experience as a teacher and as an educational consultant and Till Rienaecker, who genuinely started the company in 2008 to help German high school students to prepare for their examinations and language tests. At b-cee, we have both a great deal of experience and insights into the German high school and university system, and comprehensive know-how in international education affairs, test preparations, admission processes, undergraduate & postgraduate degrees and career prospects.

OUR TEAM
SEVIL AKIN-ERCIYAS
Sevil Akin-Erciyas began her teaching career as a volunteer teacher during her university education in London. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, she completed her initial teacher trainings in Prague and Paris. Since 2004 she has worked as an English teacher and an educational consultant in the Czech Republic, France, Kuwait, Thailand, Canada, Turkey and Germany. Having dealt with students and universities for almost 15 years, she has placed hundreds of brilliant young people to prestigious educational institutions. Sevil also specialises in English exams, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and has taught both teachers and students in countless educational institutions. Having worked at the British Council and Pearson, she has key insights to all the English placement tests on the market.
TILL RIENÄCKER
Till Rienäcker studied German Literature at a state university and marketing at a private university in Germany and worked later on in the area of marketing and public relations for network agencies and big companies like Beiersdorf, Mercedes Deutsche Bank, Kraft Foods and several others. In 2008 he founded b-cee mainly as a tutoring institute for high school students and a language school. Since then he and his team prepared thousands of students of all grades for their exams, tests, helped them with applications for German and foreign universities. Within this time, he got deep insights into the German education system, as well as in the career market in Germany in all his many facets.
